About Arthur

Clubfoot is one of the deformities that is found around the globe, many Doctors now in different countries are busy doing research to find the source of it’s existence. Clubfoot, ranges from mild to severe and can affect one or both feet. Arthur is affected in both feet and fortunately, he is receiving treatment early before crawling and walking habits have begun to form.

From the time Arthur was born, his mother has been worried thinking it’s her fault that she passed this problematic condition on from her womb. Arthur is the only child in the family and she desperately wants him to be like other healthy kids.

Arthur has a long road ahead of him to completely cure him, but if his mother stays on track with his appointments, he will be normal like his peers.

Treatment Note

Arthur is suffering with clubfoot, but as an infant our doctors have determined that his condition can be treated through a less-expensive multi-stepped casting process called the Ponseti method. As a result, Arthur's care will be reflected in (instead of one surgery) a series of updates throughout the casting process.
