About Tsehaynesh
Tsehaynesh has been to CURE once before for an operation. She had to stop going to school after the first surgery because she was in a lot of pain, and it was still very difficult for her to walk. After this next procedure, though, she'll start attending school once again.
She cannot wait to get started on her education again. She loves learning about science and studying Wolyita, which is the language that she speaks. She wants to become a science teacher someday. For fun, she enjoys helping out at home, cooking and cleaning.
The name "Tsehaynesh" means "You are the sun." Her parents are farmers, and she has 7 brothers and 1 sister. She'll get a simple operation to give her ankle the flexibility that it is lacking. You can follow her journey to complete her healing here.
