CURE International Welcomes Trish Moore as Chief Human Resources Officer
GRAND RAPIDS, MI – April 1, 2026:
Moore joins CURE from Shell, where she previously served as Vice President of Human Resources North America, leading HR strategy and operations for 19,000 employees across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. She has a proven track record of guiding large, complex organizations through transformation while strengthening employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Moore has led enterprise-wide workforce transformations, including global HR technology deployments across 70 countries and major organizational integrations and divestments affecting thousands of employees. She is widely recognized for fostering inclusive cultures, developing leaders, and aligning people strategies with mission and performance.

Moore holds a master of business administration from the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business and a bachelor of commerce in management of organizations and human resources from the University of Calgary. She is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (US).
