Christi Huizenga Renaud – Chief Donor Relations Officer

Christi serves as Chief Donor Relations Officer for CURE, overseeing major donor engagement, partnerships, and stewardship. Before joining CURE in 2025, she spent 15 years in Christ-centered community development, living and working across Africa and India.

 

Rev. Earnest Kioko – Chief Ministry Officer

An ordained reverend with the Africa Inland Church of Kenya, Earnest leads the ministry operations across our network. He’s served with CURE since 2005 in various roles, including Chaplain, Counseling Coordinator, and Spiritual Director.

 

Dr. Giorgio Lastroni – Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Giorgio joined CURE in 2009, serving as an Orthopedic Surgeon and then as Medical Director in Zambia. In October 2024, he became Chief Medical Officer for the network, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care.

 

Justin Narducci – President/CEO

As President and CEO, Justin leads CURE’s global strategy—strengthening hospitals, expanding access to care, and ensuring the Christ-centered ministry remains focused on serving children with disabilities. He is an experienced leader in international health and faith-based community development.
