Fingerprints: Learning and boldness
I am grateful to have the opportunity to go into some of the villages outside of Blantyre to help with medical clinics and be part of the healing ministry. With my inexperience and lack of skill in all things medical, I am humbled that I can still lighten the burden of medical providers by taking blood pressures, doing malaria tests, fitting reading glasses, and holding children.
Fingerprints: Humility and humanity
In humility, I have started getting out the door to run again. There has been a hurdle of self-consciousness standing in the way because it’s a little tough to blend in here. I have had to get past the fact that most eyes turn toward that white woman running by.

Mark and I are humbled to be a part of serving these kids through CURE, even when it’s hard and everything is new and we miss the familiar.
Fingerprints: Creatures, creatures of habit, and new creations
As we spend time in CURE Malawi, we see fingerprints everywhere! Fingerprints of pain and healing, joy and sorrow, friendship and loneliness, comfort and stretching. They are marks on the journey of every human soul, whether in USA, North America or Malawi, Africa.
