Malawi celebrates Clubfoot Fun Day

The CURE Clubfoot program in Malawi recently celebrated Clubfoot Fun Day. Under the theme “Raising a Clubfoot Free Generation,” kids who were born with clubfoot, and had successfully completed treatment, were invited for a day of fun and games!

Amina’s joyful journey

Meet Amina and her mom Baraka. Amina was born with bilateral clubfoot. Baraka was blamed for her daughter’s condition by family members and others in her social circle. Desperate, Baraka took Amina, and their life savings, and traveled to a treatment center in Saudi Arabia.
