Dr. Fincher joined Oasis Hospital as an Ophthalmologist in 2009. In 2017, he took on the additional role of Director of Spiritual Services. Dr. Fincher is very passionate about spiritual ministry and has been involved with various spiritual/mission programs and trips from a very young age. Since coming to the UAE, he has spent a considerable amount of time connecting with the local community, including learning Arabic to be able to better communicate with the Emirati and other nationals using their heart language.

Chief Medical Officer / UAE
Dr. Brenda McLaughlin is the Chief Medical Officer at Oasis Hospital. In this role, she is the chief physician and clinical leader of the hospital. She oversees the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices, including facility compliance with the local health authority. She is also Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Before arriving at Oasis Hospital Dr. Brenda worked at Scott and White Hospital and was the OB/GYN Clerkship Director for Texas A&M College of Medicine. She is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In her free time, Dr. Brenda enjoys competing in triathlons, scuba diving, and traveling.
Chief Nursing Officer / UAE
Trudy joined Oasis Hospital in July 2014 and now serves as the Chief Nursing Officer. In her role, she oversees all Nursing and Midwifery Services, including Infection Control, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy Services. Trudy’s passion is working with children and their families; she has worked in the Middle East for a number of years in various hospitals and leadership positions.
Trudy graduated as a Registered Nurse in Auckland, New Zealand, obtained a post-graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing Practice, and continues to further her education by pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing.
In her free time, Trudy enjoys arts and craft, watching movies, and being by the sea.

Ramez joined Oasis Hospital in October 2014, but has been working on Oasis Hospital main building project since 2008 as the Engineering Consultant and the Supervision Services Manager.
