Tim Fincher

Director of Spiritual Services / UAE

Dr. Fincher joined Oasis Hospital as an Ophthalmologist in 2009. In 2017, he took on the additional role of Director of Spiritual Services. Dr. Fincher is very passionate about spiritual ministry and has been involved with various spiritual/mission programs and trips from a very young age. Since coming to the UAE, he has spent a considerable amount of time connecting with the local community, including learning Arabic to be able to better communicate with the Emirati and other nationals using their heart language.


Keith Francis

Chief Information Officer / UAE

Keith joined Oasis Hospital in June 2016 as Director Of Application Delivery and transitioned to the role of Acting Chief Information Officer in June 2017. In his role, Keith is responsible for the IT strategy of the hospital and is overseeing all IT operations.

Keith graduated from Osmania University in India and has a post graduate diploma in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information and Technology. Prior to joining Oasis, Keith worked as a Project Manager for a large airline group in the United Arab Emirates. He has extensive international IT working experience and has worked in various industries.

In his free time, Keith enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing the drums.

Alex Jankuloski

Chief Executive Officer / UAE

Alex joined Oasis Hospital in December 2013. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Alex is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of Oasis. In addition to providing leadership to Clinical Services, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, and Marketing/Communications, he also manages the long-term strategic and sustainability plans of Oasis.

Sam McDowell

Sam joined Oasis Hospital in June of 2013 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Oasis Hospital. In this role, Sam oversees accounting and all financial responsibilities of the hospital.

Brenda McLaughlin

Chief Medical Officer / UAE

Dr. Brenda McLaughlin is the Chief Medical Officer at Oasis Hospital. In this role, she is the chief physician and clinical leader of the hospital. She oversees the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices, including facility compliance with the local health authority. She is also Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Before arriving at Oasis Hospital Dr. Brenda worked at Scott and White Hospital and was the OB/GYN Clerkship Director for Texas A&M College of Medicine. She is a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In her free time, Dr. Brenda enjoys competing in triathlons, scuba diving, and traveling.

Trudy Rowsell

Chief Nursing Officer / UAE

Trudy joined Oasis Hospital in July 2014 and now serves as the Chief Nursing Officer. In her role, she oversees all Nursing and Midwifery Services, including Infection Control, Nutrition, and Physiotherapy Services. Trudy’s passion is working with children and their families; she has worked in the Middle East for a number of years in various hospitals and leadership positions.

Trudy graduated as a Registered Nurse in Auckland, New Zealand, obtained a post-graduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing Practice, and continues to further her education by pursuing a Masters Degree in Nursing.

In her free time, Trudy enjoys arts and craft, watching movies, and being by the sea.

Benjamin Thomas

Chief Human Resources Officer / UAE

Benjamin Thomas serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oasis Hospital. In this role, Benjamin oversees the staffing and recruiting process for all staff at the hospital.
