Jackie Ngigi came to CURE with extensive experience in marketing and business development. A graduate of Business Administration (Marketing) from United States International University – Africa, she previously served in leadership roles at Haco Industries LTD and Alliance Technologies Solutions. At CURE, Jackie leverages her experience to develop strategic partnerships, secure funding through grant opportunities, and assist with marketing and event planning.

Brian Van Hall

Chief Operating Officer / Operations

Brian is humbled and honored to serve as CURE International’s Chief Operating Officer. Since joining CURE, he has served as the Executive Director of CURE Niger, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Mission Integration Officer. Prior to joining CURE, Brian served as a regional director of operations for a nonprofit health system and completed a meritorious career in the US Army, where he served in a variety of progressive leadership roles across multiple national and international settings to help deliver comprehensive health services across the world. Passionate about organizational excellence and reaching people with the gospel, Brian leverages 30 years of leadership experience to help direct and protect CURE’s mission and ministry.

Brian is board-certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tampa and earned a Master of Health Administration and Master of Business Administration from Baylor University. Brian also holds professional certifications in strategic planning and management from the Balanced Scorecard Institute at George Washington University, executive project management from the Harvard School of Public Health, and process improvement from Accenture.

Brian and his wife, Beth, reside in Spring Lake, Michigan, with their son, Ethan. They are forever grateful for the sacrifices of family and friends who support their calling and commitment to serve the kingdom of God.
