Board Member since 2008
Judy Bellig has been a member of the CURE International Board since 2008. She currently serves as the Vice President of DICO, a family owned Investment Company. She was actively involved for 14 years in the insurance industry at Brast and Bellig Insurance Services. She taught elementary school after completing her Teaching and Speech Correction Degrees at University of the Pacific and California State University.
Judy is an active volunteer and has served as Secretary of the Gathering Board, tutored for Faith Network in the Oakland Public Schools, taught Women’s Bible Studies and Good News Clubs for children, counseled at children’s camps, and is currently serving as a Biblical Counselor at her home church.
Judy and her husband, Charlie, have enjoyed being involved with CURE since 2001, and now their entire family is also involved. They have two sons, Greg and Gary and their wives, Julie and Megan, and five grandchildren. Judy’s involvement with CURE has led her to visit all ten of the CURE hospitals. She finds it incredibly inspiring and rewarding to meet the patients and the loving staff and see first hand the physical and spiritual healing that is taking place in each of the CURE hospitals and clinics.
