NEW SURGERY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

Sponsor a Neurosurgery

Make a life-changing difference for a child with a condition like clubfoot, knock knees, or bowed legs.

WHAT ORTHOPEDIC CONDITIONS DOES CURE TREAT?

Bowed Legs ➜

Legs that bend outwards at the knees

Clubfoot

Condition where the foot is twisted inwards

Genu Valgum (Knock Knees)

Legs that curve inward at the knees

Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bones)

Soft or weak bones that bend and break frequently

Untreated Trauma (Neglected Fractures)

Untreated broken bones that heal improperly and cause mobility problems

Windswept Legs

The combination of bowed legs and knock knees; one leg bows inward and the other outward

Without treatment, these conditions prevent kids from doing the most kid-like things: walking to church and school, running to fetch wter, and playing with friends. Just as painful, their visible disability leads to isolation and exclusion.

CURE’s surgeons treat orthopedic conditions at our hospitals in Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Niger, Philippines, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

With a gift of $1,500, you can change the story for a child suffering
with a condition like clubfoot, bowed legs, or knock knees.

Make a gift that provides surgical and ministry care for one or more children. It costs between $1,000 – $2,000 to sponsor one child.

WE’LL MATCH YOU WITH A CHILD IN NEED

Our donor representatives will let you know when your gift has been matched with a child awaiting surgery. This may take up to 30 days.

YOU’LL RECEIVE UPDATES

We’ll send you updates on their progress, and you can access their patient portal to send messages of encouragement.

WHAT IS THE IMPACT OF SPONSORING A SURGERY?

When a generous partner like you says “yes!” to sponsoring a surgery, it can ahcnge the life of a child a family, and even a community.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SURGERY?

A child with a life-limiting disability can walk, run, and play again.

A child can attend school, go to church, and contribute meaningfully within their community.

Children and their caregivers learn about the love of Jesus at CURE, a transformation many of them carry back into their families and communities.
