What to Expect in the Process – Apply, Interview, Decide
- APPLY:
Applicants complete an online application form and upload a current CV (resume). - APPLICATION REVIEW:
The hiring team will screen applications. - INITIAL SCREENING:
Candidates of interest will complete a questionnaire and submit references. - INTERVIEWS
Positively screened applicants will then be virtually interviewed by the hiring team. If there is a possible match, candidates are invited to Mission Support Center for final interviews. - DECISION!
CURE Benefits

Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
Regular full-time and regular part-time co-workers (30+ hours per week) are eligible to participate. Flexible Spending Account (FSA)/Health Savings Account (HSA) is available depending on insurance coverage selected.

Life, Disability and AD&D Insurance
CURE provides regular full-time and regular part-time (20+ hours per week) co-workers with term life insurance.

Retirement
CURE sponsors a 403(b) Plan for full-time and regular part-time co-workers (30+ hours per week). Co-workers may choose to enroll at a different amount or no amount at all. After 6 months employment, CURE contributes 5% of earnings.

Paid Vacation, Holidays & Leave
CURE co-workers are eligible for paid vacation, holidays, and maternity/paternity leave.

Employee Assistance Program
Free consultations and referrals on a variety of issues related to management of personal issues through our employee assistance program. Eligibility occurs after the completion of ninety (90) days of employment.
