
Dr. Vaughn Frigon
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Vaughn Frigon serves as CURE’s Chief Medical Officer, where he supervises all aspects of CURE’s clinical care.
Dr. Vaughn has a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, and a master’s degree in healthcare management from the Vanderbilt University Graduate School of Management. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Tulane University, where he was chief resident.
Prior to serving at CURE, he spent 10 years as the Chief Medical Officer for TennCare, the Tennesse Medicaid program.
Dr. Vaughn is excited about the quality of the medical work CURE does and the difference we make in children’s lives both physically and spiritually.
Outside of work, he loves to exercise and watch sports with his family.
He is married to Frances, and the couple has three adult children: Ben, Jake, and Vanessa.
