Catherine K. Malisawa Simusamba

Financial Controller / Zambia

Catherine serves as the Financial Controller at CURE Zambia. In this role, she oversees the finance department at the hospital. Prior to joining CURE, Catherine worked as a finance manager in various corporate organizations in Zambia and has vast experience in finance. She holds a degree in accounting and business and management from the British College of Professional Management (Cambridge University). She is also a certified accountant under the association of Accounting Technicians. Currently, she is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance at the University of Zambia and is a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. Catherine is married with four children (3 boys and 1 girl). She considers it an honor and a privilege to be a part of a team that is transforming and changing lives at CURE Zambia.
