Today, we went to see Andy at the ward and found him and Anelyn, his mother, looking out of the glass window. Andy was fascinated by the passing cars! Doctor Shera, Tebow CURE plastic surgeon, informed them that Andy is cleared for discharge today! Let us keep praying for Andy's quick recovery!
We haven't received updates from Kaidenn for some time, but we are delighted to see him return for his follow-up appointment at the clinic! Dr. Micah, the Orthopedic Soctor at Tebow CURE, delivered the positive news of Kaidenn's clubfoot being corrected well! Kaidenn was instructed to keep wearing his night braces and walking shoes and undergo a yearly check-up. We appreciate your support and prayers for Kaidenn throughout his journey!
We are grateful for your prayers for Andy, who underwent surgery today. Mommy Anelyn was apprehensive about the procedure, as this was Andy's first time. The Tebow CURE medical team with Patient Ministry Coordinator Mary Ann offered a prayer for Andy, giving Mommy Anelyn the peace and comfort she needed. Once Andy was wheeled inside the OR, the medical team started to work on repairing the lip and moving the protruded part of the upper jaw backward. This is done to align the teeth and improve the appearance of the nose and lips. Thankfully, Andy's surgery went well, and he is currently recuperating in the children's ward. We ask for your continued prayers for his speedy recovery!
The operating room is busy this morning, and Zhuellah was the first to undergo a surgical procedure called "anterior tibialis tendon transfer". This surgery aims to correct the deformity in Zhuella's foot and improve the function and appearance of her foot and ankle. We are grateful to God for the success of Zhuellah's surgery, and we ask for continued prayers for her speedy recovery!
Say hello to our cute little friend, Andy! He always says "yaya" (big brother). His mother told us that his big brother loves Andy so much and Andy loves him just as much! He always looks out for Andy whenever Mommy Anelyn is busy with the chores at home. Let's welcome Andy by sending prayers and get-well messages!
