CURE in Philippines

The picture above is of CURE in Philippines. Everyone who serves with CURE in Philippines, from medical professionals to office staff, are dedicated to providing the highest quality medical and spiritual care to people who, without CURE, couldn't find it and couldn't afford it, just like Christian. To do that, we're inviting you to partner with us.

We need to raise approximately $1000 to treat children like Christian. When you give a gift through Christian's CUREkids profile, your contribution will help us continue our work in countries like Philippines. Have more questions? Ask us.

Monthly Giving: Be a Hero!

When you partner with us monthly, we'll send you an email each month to introduce you to a different child who was helped because of your generosity. You can choose to follow their updates and send them get well messages. That means that each year, you're a part of helping 12 different children, beginning with Christian. We call it being a CURE Hero!

Got it. Thanks for the explanation.

“I thank God for social media because that's how we learned about Tebow CURE and now my brother finally has a chance to be healed,” Ruby Jean, Christian’s sister, shares.

Christian is a man of few words but smiles a whole lot! He is an incoming seventh grade student who wishes to become a cop someday in order to “help fight crime.” During his free time, Christian likes to play billiards with his Dad Isidro and swim in the river with his friends.

Christian is the youngest of seven children. Both he and his older brother Joey were born with cleft lips and palates. Life hasn’t been smooth sailing for Christian growing up with this condition. “He had to stop going to school at some point because of the bullying got so bad. He didn’t tell us about it at first but we eventually noticed that he didn’t have the motivation to go to school anymore,” Ruby Jean tells us.

With the help of Facebook, Ruby stumbled upon one of our advertisements and got in touch with us. “I was hesitant at first because Tebow CURE was entirely new to me and it seemed too good to be true, but we gave it a shot. We came to Tebow CURE and we were so happy when the doctor scheduled my brother for surgery” she recounts.

Despite life’s difficulties, Christian’s family is grateful for the gift of hope and healing God has in store for him and Joey! They are looking forward to experience physical and spiritual transformation and we ask for your prayers and support as they embark on their journey towards healing!

Christian’s most awaited moment has finally happened! He has had his surgery! Patient Ministry Coordinator Mary Ann prayed with him before the medical team took him into the OR and performed his surgery. Since his cleft lip was a rather small one, his surgery didn’t take very long. It is now stitched together and his lip is complete! Thanks to your prayers, Christian is now recovering and resting! Christian first came to Tebow CURE last month for his initial assessment and we are glad to see him back for admission today with big brother Joey! As part of our measures to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19, we had Christian and the rest of our new patients undergo rapid testing. This new admission process might take a bit longer than usual but the safety of our patients’ is our utmost priority! After Christian’s result came back negative, he was brought to the ward where he is now resting and catching up with his friends through social media. We ask that you lift up Christian’s and Joey’s surgeries in prayer as they prepare to visit the OR! Photo of Christian
