Bright has been discharged! He was so excited to hear the news that he would be going home to be with his family. The doctors have said he's healing well, and he just needs to come back to the hospital in a couple of weeks for a check-up. Before leaving, we hooked him up with a pair of crutches to help him with mobility. Help us pray for Bright's traveling mercies!

Anywell has started his journey to straight legs! The young man couldn’t hold back his tears as he was hungry. Kids are not allowed to eat before going to the OR as a medical precaution to help avoid any choking while they are under anesthesia. Once Anywell was in the OR, it was showtime! Dr. Lastroni inserted two metal 'eight plates' just slightly below Anywell's knees. The plates will help guide Anywell's bones as he continues to grow, essentially allowing Anywell's legs to correct themselves over the next few months! Join us in praying for Anywell's quick recovery.

"I am happy to see that Youssoura will be treated. I will be thrilled when I see her with clean lips and well cared for. It is a great opportunity for our family to know CURE. I hope that everything will be perfect until the end." said Youssoura's mother Hadiza. Please pray for Youssoura's upcoming operation and her family that their testimony will be great. Don't forget to send her your Get-Well messages!

Chileleko has received a successful surgery! Our new week has begun with blessings for this young man. Chileleko was first on the list of patients going to the O.R. Nevertheless, we took the time to pray with him and encouraged him. Finally, he was wheeled to the O.R, and Dr. Lastroni took 40 minutes to complete his operation. Dr. Lastroni released the contracted tight skin and placed a sterile vaseline cloth to help keep it clean. To end the surgery, Dr. Lastroni set a cast over Chileleko's foot to offer support as it heals. Thank you for your prayers which have lifted this young man up during a scary time of his life.

Dr. Uli checked on Rania as she prepares for her surgery. Rania is not afraid at all; on the contrary, she feels comfortable in the ward. "I trust God and the doctors for the success of this operation. I will be waiting for her to come back," said Mourjanatou, Rania's mother, to one of our nurses. Please pray for little Rania that our loving God will give wisdom to the doctors and make everything easier in Jesus' name. And please send her messages of encouragement and get-well messages!
