Although his smile might be hidden, Feyisa is doing wonderful! He has been having daily frame adjustements and cleanings and he'll have another visit to the operation room soon for a more intense frame adjustment on both feet. Please keep on praying for this young boy!

Before Ruth could go to OR for her cast change, Pastor Phoebe, a chaplain here at CURE Kenya sat with her and her mum and they had a chat. Edith is saved and she loves Jesus as her personal saviour. She is very talented in singing and leads praise and worship in their church. Ruth also goes to church with her mum. She enjoys going to Sunday school with other kids. Today we have a reason to celebrate because with the help of Pr. Phoebe, Ruth was able to give her life to Christ. We are very excited about this. Please pray that Ruth will continue growing and serving in church just like her mum.

Sometimes, no news is really good news!! That's the case for baby Fatia and mama Flania today. Flania brought baby Fatia in for her checkup right on time, and Dr. Jacob said that she's doing great! We'll see her again at our mobile clinic in the capital of Uganda in January. Thank you for your prayers for this sweet little girl; we're so thankful she's doing so wonderfully!
Uganda - Age 2
Richard is feeling better today! We talked with Nurse Sylvia and she let us know that the antibiotics are helping tackle his ear infection, and he's doing much better. He's looking pretty cosy in his jammies, and is taking it easy today. Thank you for praying for him - we're so encouraged that he's feeling better and hope that he can have his surgery next week!

Marvin is heading home! CURE Neurosurgeon Dr. Emmanuel checked on him this morning during rounds in the ward. Dr. Emmanuel wanted Marvin to have one more CT scan before heading home. Our radiographer Simon gave him the scan and since everything looked ok, Marvin and mama Lydia were ready to go! He'll get his stitches out next week at a local clinic, and then we'll see him for his checkup at our mobile clinic at the end of next month. Thank you for praying for him and his family as he continues to heal!
