Welcome Tasimiya who is here at our CURE Malawi hospital!
"I am so happy that my daugther will walk without a difficulties, I have never had peace ever since Tasi fell and broke her leg," said Marrium, mother.
Tasi, short for Tasimiya, was once here before at CURE Malawi for an operation. Our CURE Malawi doctors saw this girl after she fell at home when playing. Tasi was taken to a local hospital before her mother came to know about our CURE Malawi hospital. A few months down the line having received help by casting Tasi's leg at a local hospital, there was little improvement and Tasi needs more help for the broken leg Tasi has.
Tasi feels pain when she walks and she could not continue her education at a local community School, Tasi had to drop out of school as her parents seek help in different hospitals. As they were about to lose hope in finding help, one of the local medical doctors shared with Marrium about CURE Malawi hospital. Not long after Tasi's mother received the news where CURE Malawi is, they arrived at our CURE hospital! Since Tasi cannot run, walk long distances, she loves playing nearby her house with only doll she has. Some days her friends would come and hangout with. As much as Tasi would love to go along with her friends, she has been unable to do so. Having come at our CURE hospital, Tasi will receive an operation where by our our CURE Malawi surgeons will perform a surgery! Please keep Tasi and her mother Marrium in your prayers!
