Inaya is grateful to God because she feels very fit. She said that whenever she looks at her legs and remembers her former condition, she gives glory to God. "That's why I never forgets all those people who are supporting her and who wish to see me healthy. I think about you all in my prayers," she says. Inaya continues her treatment in perfect harmony with the other patients. Inaya and her friends drew a bird in its nest during group work. Isn't it pretty? Thank you for helping Inaya smile!

Aissa enjoys being at the playground! There she forgets everything and everyone; it is her space of pure excitement. "Look what I can do!" she yells from the top of her lungs. It is adorable to see a little girl like her with so much energy, especially when she is going through a medical recovery. Her mom had to leave home to take care of Aissa's siblings. She is staying this week with her relatives in Niamey. She will be back with us next week for her bandage change. Please pray for a quick recovery and her family! Thank you!

Alhadari is back to stay in the ward before his next consultation. We found him next to the kitchen, where George (one of our cooks) is making icecream for him. Ahadari is very happy as you can see his smile. "I like ice cream, especially the cold in my mouth, haha". Then he tells us that he is happy to be back on the steps without any pain. "I am very happy because I have hope that I can walk normally after my treatment," he says. If Alhadari is full of smiles it is because of your support and prayers of encouragement. Thank you, and please continue to send him get-well messages

"Help me to pray for my neighbor so that she can understand better that life with Jesus is a joy every day," says Safaatou. As usual, Safaatou likes to help others in learning; this time, after showing a new model to Inaya and Tanti Salamatou of the spiritual team, she challenges them to do exactly as she did. But they couldn't meet the challenge. Safaatou teased them, making them all smile. Safaatou said she spends a lot of time reading her bible to strengthen her relationship with Jesus and learn more from God's word. Thank you for continuing to encourage her!
