Monthly Giving: Be a Hero!
When you partner with us monthly, we'll send you an email each month to introduce you to a different child who was helped because of your generosity. You can choose to follow their updates and send them get well messages. That means that each year, you're a part of helping 12 different children, beginning with Juliet. We call it being a CURE Hero!

Meet Juliet, a really happy girl who is Mercy’s first born child. Juliet is 4 years old and hasn’t started going to school yet. The reason is because she was born with clubfoot and the parents decided to go through the treatment process first. When Juliet was born the mum was so shocked to see her feet curved. Mercy had never seen anything like this before.
At the hospital, a lot was done to convince her that her child could be treated and that she would be okay. Clubfoot treatment through ponsetti method was started immediately. Juliet continued to grow and when she turned 4 years old, treatment through ponsetti method was halted as it was no longer effective. Mercy was referred to CURE by one of the plasta technicians and told to visit our mobile clinic. At the clinic Mercy was told that her daughter would need surgery. Juliet and her mum are here and we pray that the procedure Juliet is scheduled to have will be successful. “I would really love to see my daughter standing and walking without any problems.” Mercy told us.
Latest Updates
Juliet needed a wound check this morning. She is doing well and is feeling okay. She might be allowed to go home today so she can enjoy Easter with the rest of her family! We gave her a teddy bear yesterday to cheer her up. Please pray that her recovery continues to go well.
Juliet went to the operating room yesterday to have her cute little feet straightened. Her mom opted to have both feet be operated on at the same time so Juliet only has to only deal with one surgery. Her operation was successful, and we are grateful to God! Now, Juliet can begin her recovery process. Please keep Juliet in your prayers.
