Guadalupe's Story

"Where the science of doctors ends, the science of God begins, anything that my daughter misses, God will provide," said Nancy, Guadalupe's mother to the doctors when she had the accident back in 2013.

Guadalupe was only 15 years old when she suffered an accident on the street. A vehicle hit her while she walking on the sidewalk on one of the main bridges in the country. She fell under the bridge and broke her hip and other limbs. "I felt bad enough about her situation, I was the one who asked her to go into the grocery store," Nancy commented to us with tearful eyes.

At the hospital where she was treated, she had three surgeries that caused her leg to shrink, because they removed part of the bone. This has been a difficult situation for Guadalupe; she has had days in which she has been depressed, but her mother who is a woman of faith knows that God has a purpose with all this and hopes that through all this Guadalupe can get closer to God.

We are so challenged to know that Guadalupe has reached our hospital and she not only will need physical healing, but also she will need spiritual healing, so we invite you to join us to be used by God in order to get His daughter more closer to His presence!

Guadalupe came for a quick consultation today! Here she is sitting in the cast room making sure that her nails look appropriate for her doctor appointment - we're kidding - she is waiting for the doctor to finish a surgery. She stopped by because she felt some pain and want that doctor check and make sure that everything was ok. We're happy to tell you that the doctor said that everything looked good! Everything went well yesterday in Guadalupe's operation. Dr. Ruggles and Dr. Santana, had five hours of successful surgery. She will need to return for a second procedure after she recovers for this one. We visited her this morning, she has bounced back quickly and doesn't even look like she went through five hours of surgery yesterday! She is such a strong girl! Please keep praying!
