The Week in Photos: Special dads

Dangel’s Dad, Angel, is always willing to help his little boy to be happy. He plays with his child and teaches him that his condition doesn’t need to stop him from being who he wants to be.

Valenzuela is one of the oldest employees at CURE, and he has the blessing to work with his two grown children: Paola and Leo. Paola works in the Spiritual Department and Leo works in Maintenance. They both thankful for the privilege to work in the same place as their Dad. “Not everyone can see his father as we do; we are really lucky to have him around,” said Paola.

Aliam David doesn’t like the hospital too much. His Dad, Aquiles, is there to support him and carry him.

This is a TBT of our family day at beach. We couldn’t resist taking a picture of Wilkin from our Accounting Department while he was playing with his little kid.

Jorge, Jr. is one of the happiest teenagers. We know he learned to have that joy from his father, Jorge.

Emmy is one of our CUREkids. We so love seeing her with her dad who faithfully brings her to the hospital for checkups.

Victoria’s dad holds her as her cast is painted by someone from a visiting team.

We met this guy on mobile clinic and caught some photos of him as he sat with his dad to be examined by the doctor.

We pray for our patients as well as their parents who anxiously wait in the ward while their kids are having surgery.

John Carl and John Paul race together to their goal of being fully healed soon!

ShunJhun receives his healing wide open with play therapy!

As much as we do not want to reunite this way, Restlyn’s adventures continues and she is back for another surgery. It’s a good thing that she knows where to find us!

Dr. Jun and Dr. Shelley came from different work environments and now work together to learn from each other’s skills.

We wondered what was bothering Joshriel when he said he wasn’t in pain. With embarrassment, he told us that his favorite movie “Cars” wasn’t on the screen!
