Our Nurse and Administration staff were all smiles when seeing kids in our new ward for the first time!
Hiwot, one of our lovely PACU Nurses, left for maternity leave the same day we took patients in for the first time in the new ward. It was a day of celebration!
Nahom is enjoying the first day of the new ward!
This is Dagim waiting for his turn to get an AFO (Ankle Foot Orthotics)!

Good morning, Kisumu! On mobile clinic day, we caught this view from our hotel balcony.
We must confess that we had such a hard time with this little lady’s name… Regardless, we met her while on mobile clinic because she had come with a sibling who needed to be seen by CURE. We had lots of fun together!
Just call her a natural… at posing!
Meet Fidel. His personality is larger than life. And you know what else? This photo wasn’t taken by us. It was taken by one of our residents, Dr. Watson! It looks like Dr. Watson could have a promising future in more than just the medical field!
This is Dr. Watson!
James’ mother offers to help James do some coloring. When she starts, her audience bursts out laughing.
Deborah’s mother is trying to get her to stand on her own, but Deborah has her eyes set on something more interesting: our camera!
Someone was trying to fit in her mother’s shoes!

All of the kids, including Gospel, wanted their photo taken!
Martin looked a bit skeptical when the nurse insisted I take a photo of them together!
We’re so sad that Boniface and Joseph are both going home. Their smiles made our day!
Dr. Sam’s verdict for Flora? “You have the cutest smile, but you have no teeth!”
Tadala, Eluby, Elemes, and Stelia look like they’re gonna start a new girl band!
Donata’s been working out!
Thandy read Flora her get well messages. She seemed to enjoy the time even if she was too little to understand!
Daniel wanted to get in on the funny face action with Natarino!

Over the past few months, we’ve had many kids (mostly busy boys!) come to Tebow CURE Hospital with broken elbows. Dr. Reyes has rapidly become an elbow fixing whiz! In this photo, he repairs Ride’s broken elbow from a bamboo bridge crossing gone wrong.
Ride listens intently as Nurse Anthea prays for before entering the operating room.
Ride gives his treatment so far at Tebow CURE a big “thumbs up!”
We have a “no shoes” policy in the playroom, so when you see this outside, you know there’s a party going on inside!
Timmy is one of the hardest working babies we know! He’s been learning to stand, and, although, he doesn’t say much yet, he has a fierce determination that requires no words to express.
