“I need to get a wheelchair.” This was Mildred’s response to our asking what the doctor said. It made our hearts sink. She is missing some feeling in her lower legs. Unfortunately, her troubles are nerve related. Please keep her in your prayers!

Roukaya is one of our quieter patients here, but the way she loves the other patients around her speaks volumes.
Ahmad likes to spell things out with the magnet letters, but has to continually weigh whether he wants to put out the effort to reach high up letters or just deal with slight misspellings!
The whole hospital is a playground once you get all your bandages off and are going home!
We try our best, but being in the hospital can get a bit boring.
Nafiou got badly burned when his shirt caught on fire, but the resulting contractures, although severe, haven’t dampened this guy’s personality or love for life!

During his check-up, Kevin examines Dr. Jun’s head if he could get the same hair highlights like the one he has. Unfortunately, Kevin says Dr. Jun’s hair is too short, the process will sting. What a bummer!
