Aicha’s been with us, on and off, for the last year and a half. When she arrived, her hands were functionally useless as the result of a bad burn. Many of her fingers were melted together and they were all contracted, so she couldn’t pull them away from her palm. She got discharged this week with two fully functional hands containing 10 separate and beautiful fingers!
Morning light is the best kind around here.
Souraya is slowly, but surely, being treated for her burnt hands. She is having a great time while she is at it!
Both Fadima and her mother are in the rotation of getting daily dressing changes for their cleft lips.
Faical is getting treated for a contracture on his arm and spreading his goofiness around while he’s at it!
