Meet the Tebow CURE Hospital’s second patient

You’ve probably already read about Ruby Anne, the first patient to be treated at the Tebow CURE Hospital. Well, meet Flora Mae, who was next in line!

Flora Mae

Flora Mae

Flora Mae fell down a flight of stairs at age 5, and the injury was not treated properly, leaving her with leg and hip issues. A missionary family serving here in the Philippines helped her get treatment, starting about four years ago. It’s been a long process; she hasn’t seen her family much and hasn’t even slept at home in the past four years.

CURE gets to be the final stop on her journey to healing, performing her last procedure and assisting with some physical therapy. Flora Mae’s hope is to be home for Christmas, and we’re glad to be a part of trying to make that hope a reality!
