About Kelvin
It’s strange how such strange disorders come on so quickly and for no apparent reason. One day, six-year-old Kelvin Penama’s left leg would not fully extend. Though he had lived a full six years with a completely normal leg, all of a sudden it stopped functioning properly and was locked in a slightly bent position. Kelvin had to stop play all of the sports he loves to play and could no longer engage in games with his friends that involved more that being stationary, as this new problem came with pain. Once when he did try to play sports, his knee swelled and caused even more pain than he had become accustomed to. Now this energetic little boy is stuck playing video games and sitting around when he would rather be swimming and playing soccer. CURE will take of him though; he’ll be back outside doing what he loves just as quickly as he had to stop doing it all.
