About Nohemy
This little princess was less than two weeks old when she came to us. She was born to Balsackz and Lallany, a lovely Christian couple, and since San Pedro Sula’s public hospital was on strike, she was referred to CURE in a timely manner to have her clubfeet treated. Her parents are so thankful that we could take care of their little daughter, and they even prayed with doctor when she was in the clinic. We are grateful for the blessing of serving Nohemy and all of our Honduran CUREkids :)
Treatment Note
Nohemy is suffering with clubfoot, but as an infant our doctors have determined that her condition can be treated through a less-expensive multi-stepped casting process called the Ponseti method. As a result, Nohemy's care will be reflected in (instead of one surgery) a series of updates throughout the casting process.
