It would be so awkward and frustrating to walk with such a condition, and I\u2019m sure three-year-old Chrissy Tiyesi could confirm such suspicions. A rather natural growth defect that generally corrects itself, went haywire in Chrissy\u2019s right leg, causing it to bow rather severely, leaving her to hobble from place to place. Chrissy\u2019s mother, Anne, took her to traditional healers to have the problem corrected, but there was no improvement. Anne eventually went to MAP (Malawi Against Physical Disability) and was told to bring Chrissy to CURE for treatment.
