CURE 2011 Christmas Gift Catalog!

We’re pleased to announce that the CURE Gift of Healing online catalog for 2011 is now live! In the coming days, we’ll be highlighting each of the items available in the catalog, but today, we want to be sure to share a brief recap of the opportunities available at http://cure.org/giftofhealing.

We are continuing our annual Gift of Healing campaign with some new and exciting ways to support the work of CURE.

Give a CURE Hat as a Christmas Present and Change a Life

For a gift of $25, we’ll send you a knit CURE hat in one of three colors and your gift will go directly to support a child’s surgery through CUREkids. This year, you can give a stylish Christmas gift that keeps a loved-one warm, and you’ll be able to follow the journey of a child who received healing because of your Christmas gift. You can buy one for yourself and one as a gift.

Go to http://cure.org/my/goh-hat to learn more.

But the Gift of Healing doesn’t end there. As with previous years, CURE is offering multiple ways to get involved.

Support CURE Spiritual Ministry

This year, we’re asking you to spread tidings of great joy by supporting CURE’s spiritual ministry in one of two ways: by sponsoring a day of spiritual ministry at any of our hospitals or supporting the cost of a spiritual outreach event where hundreds of people can hear the Gospel for the first time.

Start a new family tradition this Christmas: heal a child

Consider getting involved with CUREkids and support the surgery of a child this holiday season.

Get real-time updates about the status of your child before, during, and after surgery. Start a new holiday tradition with your family; connect with a child in a CURE hospital and change a life forever.

Go to http://cure.org/curekids to start your journey as a family.

Send a Get Well message to a child in a CURE hospital

Now, your family can brighten the day of our patients by sending a Get Well message through CUREkids! Type a message, upload pictures, and even attach the link to a YouTube video. Our CUREkids Coordinators will share your message with the kids in our hospitals, and we’ll send you an email once your message has been delivered.

Go to http://cure.org/curekids/getwell to send a Get Well message.

Give up part of your Christmas for a CUREkid

Consider giving up some of your busy holiday season to raise awareness and support for CURE by starting a personal fundraiser! All the gifts from your fundraiser will go towards the care of a specific child in a CURE hospital through CUREkids, and you and your supporters will experience your child’s healing journey together!

Shop the CURE Store

CURE is pleased to announce that our online store is now open! The store features t-shirts,
bracelets, and hats displaying the CURE logo. All of the profits from the CURE Store will go directly to fund the operations of CURE hospitals and programs.

Now our fans have another great way to support CURE’s mission – both through a donation and by wearing the message!

Matching Donations for Food, Ethiopia, and Central America

CURE is blessed to have three separate matching donation opportunities to benefit our hospitals in Ethiopia and Central America, as well as a dollar-for-dollar match to cover the cost of meals in all the CURE hospitals throughout 2012.

Make your end of the year donation go twice as far through matching gifts. Learn more at http://cure.org/giftofhealing
